For our 5-YEAR Anniversary, we are offering a FREE OCTOBER special. For the entire month of October, you will have access to unlimited classes, class times, and locations. Come and celebrate 5 years of fitness with us at Crossfit Phos.
Class Times (M-F):
Phos EAST - 5am, 6am, 8:30am, 11am SWEAT (no barbell, Mon/Wed only), 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Phos WEST - 5:30am, 9am, 12pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm

*There will be NO classes on Friday Evening the Entire month of October due Friday-Evening Events.

Sweat Class Monthly
Our SWEAT classes are designed to give you a total body workout and improve your overall fitness without the heavy strength training and barbell work like our regular CrossFit classes.

Sweat Classes meet Monday and Wednesday at 11:00am, and each class is 45 minutes.

What to expect
Expect running and rowing, body weight exercises, core work, kettlebells, and other functional movements suitable for all ages and fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes.

By combining light weight-training and body weight movements performed at high-intensity, SWEAT is tons of fun, low-impact and is sure to tone muscle, burn fat, & improve muscular endurance.
